1. Mark I. Phelps

   Chief Executive Officer; Analyst/Portfolio Manager

   
   Mark is Chief Executive Officer, President and Managing Director - Global Investments of W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd. Mr. Phelps was appointed Chief Executive Officer in September 2008 and joined the Board of Directors at that time. He originally joined W.P. Stewart & Co. (Europe), Ltd. in February 2005 as a Global Portfolio Manager. Mr. Phelps is a British national with more than 20 years experience in European, U.S. and Global investment research and portfolio management. For over 20 years he held senior positions within the Kleinwort Benson/Dresdner Bank organization in both London and San Francisco. Most recently he served as a Chief Investment Officer for Global Equities at Dresdner RCM in San Francisco. Mr. Phelps has a BA (Hons.) in Economics from the University of York in England and completed graduate studies at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, England. From 1981 to 1984 Mr. Phelps was in the British Army and finished his service with the rank of Captain.

2. Mark D. Bergen

   Managing Director - Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer

   
   Mark is Managing Director - Chief Operating Officer & Chief Financial Officer of W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd.  Mr. Bergen joined W.P. Stewart in June 2010 from Angelo, Gordon & Co. and its asset management subsidiary, AG Asset Management LLC where he had been Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer since 2005. Earlier, he held a series of senior positions at UBS Global Asset Management (2002-2005), Goldman, Sachs & Co. (2000-2002), and UBS Investment Bank (1989-2000). Mr. Bergen began his career at Andersen Consulting (1979-1989), where he served clients across multiple industries with a primary focus on financial services.

3. Susan G. Leber

   Managing Director

   
   Sue is Managing Director of W.P. Stewart & Co., Ltd. She served as Managing Director - Chief Financial Officer from May 2005 to June 2010, as Deputy Managing Director - Financial Operations from March 2003 until May 2005, as Director of Financial Operations from December 2001 until March 2003 and as Deputy Finance Director - Group Controller from March 1999 until December 2001. Prior to joining W.P. Stewart, she was a Senior Manager with the accounting firm of Lopez Edwards Frank & Co., LLP from 1993 to 1999, where she was manager of the Stewart Group audit. Ms. Leber received a Bachelors of Science degree in accounting from The University of Staten Island and is a Certified Public Accountant.

4. Seth L. Pearlstein

   General Counsel & Secretary

   
   Seth is General Counsel & Secretary of W.P. Stewart & Co. Ltd. He joined W.P. Stewart in 2002 as Associate General Counsel until August 2007. Previously, Mr. Pearlstein was Of Counsel at Dorsey & Whitney LLP for over two years. Prior to joining Dorsey & Whitney LLP, he served as an associate in the corporate department at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP for eight years. He holds a B.S. magna cum laude in Accounting from New York University and a J.D. from New York University School of Law.
