Global and International Strategies

Investment services for both our US and overseas clients.

Having a team of investment managers working on your behalf in Bermuda and New York, London, Hong Kong and Tokyo, researching and valuing the world’s best businesses, allows us to add a global investment service to your investment choices.

W.P. Stewart’s Global investment service is managed out of our London office. From the tens of thousands of companies listed around the world, we think about a hundred have the quality of business model and management we look for in an investment. Our global team of analysts intensively follows those companies, ranking them on a consistent and comparable basis so that judgements on valuation and earnings growth can be made across international boundaries.

A typical global portfolio holds 25 to 30 companies, all selected from this global universe of investments. This portfolio is truly the best of the global best.

International Strategy
As Europe and Asia continue to develop, some remarkable companies are growing their businesses strongly to become leaders in their fields.

With our large client base in America in mind, we created in 2006 a special International investment service to encourage our US clients to invest in the best of these businesses. This portfolio comprises 20-25 non-US, international companies from Asia, Australia and Europe, selected again from our global universe. It is specially designed to offer international exposure to investors already investing with us in our US product.
